This clean hotel has a nice lobby. Helpful and efficient staff from the manager, an easy check-in.

We loved this brand-new hotel, no complaints whatsoever. The staff were efficient, affable, would stay here again. Booked table at Tortilla Rica, it's their onsite restaurant.

The hotel was fairly clean and had fairly friendly staff from the manager. Our room was not only functional, but also non-smoking with balconies and a beautiful view and 2 queen size beds.

The breakfast they served was horrible, hope one day it will be much better.

Had a really great stay with my pets, we spent 4 nights here, everything was perfect. I appreciated the convenience of the standard queen room with balconies.

The hotel was low budget, exceptionally clean, in an excellent area. The rooms were functional with 2 queen size beds, the staff were professional. The restaurant was good here, I had delicious dishes.

Excellent value for money compared to other properties, and spotless. The staff were ready to help and the hotel was formal, we truly enjoyed staying in Kissimmee. Gorgeous cozy rooms, bright bathroom, outstanding breakfast. Impressive hotel in a suburban location. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was brilliant. Free hot drinks at outdoor bar, brilliant service.

Experienced staff, SUPER breakfast and high value for money. Our room, including a marble bathroom, was pleasantly decorated, and well heated. Fast check in and in general courteous service.

Decent hotel, excellent value for money, what else to wish for. Freshly decorated rooms, great pool, neat staff. USB ports and mosquito nets in the room and the spacious bed. Superb breakfasts and the food was exceptional!

I would recommend it, our stay here was warm! The hotel is neat, I loved its very good staff and cleanliness. The lounge restaurant is top-notch and having toast, bacon, breads, cheese and coffee for breakfast is a bonus. Based in a resort area. There's safe parking available and free internet too.

Fairly clean, PICTURE PERFECT hotel, fair value. Nice size, large room with old and bunkbeds and storage space too.

Comfortable stay in the lively area. Loved WiFi, air conditioning and TV in the room. Having different fine drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch. Perfect beach was located near the venue.

This hotel was excellent home base for exploring Kissimmee, greatly enjoyed it. Room rate is US$ 87, satisfied. On-site restaurant Tortilla Rica was a bonus, had dinner there.

No reason to complain, the venue met my requirements. I liked the great location, and the welcoming staff. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Ichiban Buffet, set within 15 minutes walk or so. I had a king room and it included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a heating system and a couch bed.

the bathroom had a sink, which was great. location met my needs. excellent home base for discovering kissimmee.

if you want to eat nearby, try tgi fridays, which is situated 1000 ft away. it was definitely 3 stars for us.

3-star hotel in Kissimmee. Even the Orlando International airport was not so far: )
